  5. Entry fees are 15.00 GBP per seat.
  6. Only fully paid up crews, as identified by BROE, will be accepted and count towards the capacity in Rule 4. Crews will be accepted on a first-paid-first-accepted basis.

They will neither be marked as accepted nor rejected. All other crews will be rejected. There will be no communication to the crews put on the waiting list.
  8. Any unpaid entries will be rejected at the closing date. Payment of entry fees prior to the draw has been a long standing condition of entry to this regatta.
  9. Updates on the level of entries will be communicated via the regatta’s Twitter account (@ReadingAM) as appropriate. No other method of communication will be used.
  10. No doubling up of competitors (including coxes) will be permitted. Any crews that are found to have doubled up competitors may be rejected without warning.
  11. Crews entering Senior or Elite events on Saturday must have a minimum number of points as described by the Table below. Any crews not meeting the minimum number of points may email the entries secretary with a letter from the coach stating why they would be competitive in that category.
